This Privacy Policy applies to Bazi AI and its related website services.

Bazi AI provides symbolic cultural readings, interpretive personality profiles, and self-reflection reports based on user-provided birth information. The service is intended for entertainment, educational, cultural, and personal insight purposes only.

We may collect your email address, authentication and session data, account profile details, credit activity, report request status, and email notification status.

When you request a reading, we may collect birth input data such as date of birth, birth time, gender, birth location, country, timezone, and any optional name or note you provide.

We may store generated reading or report content, chart data, report request records, manually submitted Ko-fi references, and support messages if you contact us.

Our hosting, authentication, analytics, security, or email providers may process technical logs such as IP address, device type, browser information, timestamps, and request metadata for security, delivery, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

We use information to create and deliver symbolic readings, authenticate accounts, maintain credit balances and transaction history, process full report requests, and show report request status in your account.

We use manually submitted Ko-fi references to support manual sponsorship verification and report fulfillment. A submitted reference is a claim for review, not automatic proof of payment.

We use email addresses to send account-related messages and report-ready notifications. Email notifications contain secure links or status information and do not include the full report content in the email body.

We may use information for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, technical troubleshooting, support, product quality improvement, and operational recordkeeping.

We use service providers to operate the product. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel or another hosting provider for website hosting, Resend or another email provider for transactional email, Ko-fi and related payment providers for sponsorship or payment handling, and AI providers for generating or assisting interpretive report content where applicable.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose limited information when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

We do not sell personal information.

We practice data minimization and aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account/report access, support security and fraud prevention, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or operational requirements.

As a privacy-protective retention goal, accounts that remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may have associated birth profiles and generated report records reviewed for deletion or anonymization where technically and legally feasible. We may retain minimal transaction, credit ledger, security, and accounting records where necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or business recordkeeping purposes.

A future automated data-deletion job may be added to operationalize this retention goal. Until then, users may contact support to request deletion or review of account-related data.

You may access account information through your account page where available. You may contact support to request correction, deletion, or review of account-related data.

If non-essential or marketing emails are introduced later, we will provide a reasonable way to unsubscribe from those messages. Transactional account, security, and report-delivery messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including account authentication, server-side controls for sensitive operations, and restricted access to report and credit records.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Please keep your email account secure because magic-link access depends on control of your email inbox.

Bazi AI is not intended for children under 13. Users who are under the local age of digital consent should use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.
