By accessing or using Bazi AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request a report.

Bazi AI provides symbolic cultural readings, interpretive personality profiles, and self-reflection content based on user-provided birth information and generated interpretive text.

The service is designed for entertainment, educational, cultural, and personal insight purposes. It does not provide guaranteed predictions or objective statements about your future.

You are responsible for using a valid email address, maintaining access to that email account, and keeping your login access secure.

Magic-link authentication may allow access to your account through your email inbox. If you lose access to your email or suspect unauthorized access, contact support promptly.

Readings and reports depend on the birth date, birth time, birth location, timezone, gender, and request details you provide. Incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent inputs may affect the chart and interpretation.

Ko-fi references, delivery email addresses, and report request details must be accurate and submitted truthfully.

Credits may be earned or granted inside the service and may be used to request a full report when the required balance is available.

Credit balances are not cash, stored value, bank deposits, electronic money, gift cards, or transferable currency. Credits have no cash redemption value and may be used only within Bazi AI as described in the product.

Credits may be adjusted for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, technical correction, operational error, support resolution, or other legitimate account reasons.

Full report requests may require admin review, manual processing, or semi-automatic preparation. A request may remain pending or processing while the team verifies eligibility, prepares the report, or resolves technical constraints.

Sponsorships and transactions processed through the external Ko-fi platform are voluntary contributions that support Bazi AI's spiritual, cultural, and metaphysical research and content work. When a supporter submits a valid Ko-fi reference, Bazi AI may prepare a custom-compiled Bazi report as a personalized digital thank-you reward for that sponsorship.

The report is a symbolic and interpretive digital service tailored to the birth information and request details provided by the user. Because this type of report requires personalized preparation and becomes accessible as digital content once delivered, completed deliveries are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we approve an exception for duplicate payment, clear processing error, or unresolved technical non-delivery.

Ko-fi reference submission must be truthful. Reused, shared, fake, altered, or previously claimed payment references may be rejected.

One verified Ko-fi reference may be used for only one claim or report unless Bazi AI explicitly approves an exception.

Bazi AI may reject or close suspicious, unverifiable, duplicate, abusive, or incomplete Ko-fi submissions.

You may not use Bazi AI for fraud, payment reference sharing or abuse, unauthorized access to another user's reports, scraping, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, disruption of the service, submission of malicious content, or misuse of account and credit systems.

You may not present Bazi AI reports as professional medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, therapeutic, emergency, or other professional advice.

Completed full reports are delivered through the user account page after sign-in and ownership verification.

Email notifications contain a secure link or report-ready notice only. Full report content is not included in the email body.

Users may save or print reports using browser-native print or save-as-PDF tools. Export is controlled by the user's browser and device settings.

Delivery timing may vary due to manual review, sponsorship verification, report preparation, admin workflow, provider availability, or technical constraints.

Bazi AI is not medical advice, mental health advice, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, emergency advice, or a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

Do not use a reading as the basis for urgent, health-related, legal, financial, relationship, career, safety, or emergency decisions. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.

The service may change, pause, become unavailable, or discontinue features at any time. We may update content, pricing, credit rules, report workflows, providers, or operational processes as the product evolves.

The website design, software, text, report templates, prompts, branding, and related content are owned by Bazi AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Delivered reports are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may view, save, and print your own delivered report for personal reference, but you may not resell, publish, or commercially exploit the service content without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bazi AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Bazi AI for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim, where such limitation is permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
