The current product offers a Free Report, a longer Full Report, and interactive Guidance Chat. They differ by depth, format, access, and usage—not by any promise of a better real-world outcome.

All three begin from structured chart data produced by the deterministic calculation layer. Their written interpretations are symbolic and AI-assisted where described.

Free Report

A web result that combines the deterministic chart with seven local preview modules and an optional AI-generated version of the same seven-part reading.

Availability: Available now in English and Simplified Chinese
Access: No account or payment is required to generate the public chart and reading. Account linking is optional.
Format: Responsive web result with chart fields, timing cards, calculation warnings, and reading modules.
Cost and limit: No payment. Up to 5 unique AI Free Reports per UTC day; repeating the same chart does not use another unique slot.

Format: Delivered privately in the account after preparation and ownership checks, with browser print / save-as-PDF support.
Request options: 1000 account credits or a verified USD 9.90 Ko-fi support reference. Configured Chinese accounts may also see a manual WeChat option with its displayed CNY amount.

Guidance Chat

A chart-focused conversation for asking follow-up questions about a selected chart, with account-level question balance and history.

Availability: Available now with English and Simplified Chinese interfaces; responses follow the language used by the user.
Access: Sign-in and a chart on the account are required. Users can choose among eligible recent charts and prior consultations.
Format: Interactive account-based chat. Each successful question and response uses one Guidance Question from the shared balance.
Question balance: 3 complimentary questions; 500 credits adds 5 questions; a verified USD 9.90 Ko-fi support request adds 30. Configured Chinese accounts may also see manual WeChat.

How they differ

Scope

The Free Report is a first-pass chart and seven-part preview. The Full Report expands into 13 structured sections. Guidance Chat answers one focused question at a time.

Depth

More depth means more structured interpretation and context; it does not mean more certainty, scientific validity, or a guaranteed outcome.

Format

The Free Report is a public web result, the Full Report is a private account document, and Guidance Chat is an interactive conversation.

Access

The public result works without sign-in. Full Report delivery, Guidance history, credits, and verified support requests require an account.

Interaction

Reports are prepared documents. Guidance Chat lets the user choose a chart and ask follow-up questions within the available question balance.

Credits and payment boundaries

Verified support is not an instant checkout promise

Credits are an in-product balance with no cash value. Full Reports currently require 1000 credits when using the credit route; Guidance Chat adds 5 questions for 500 credits.

Ko-fi is the current external support route shown for both a Full Report request and a 30-question Guidance bundle. The current amount is USD 9.90, and references are manually reviewed before the request or questions are fulfilled.

The Simplified Chinese account can display a manual WeChat flow only when its QR code and product-specific CNY price are configured. The amount shown there comes from the active configuration. Bazi Traces does not expose a direct PayPal checkout in the current application.

Delivery, access, and refunds

Private delivery with case-by-case refund review

Completed Full Reports are delivered through the signed-in account after ownership verification. A report-ready email may link back to the account, but the full report is not placed in the email body. Users may print or save their delivered report using browser-native tools.

Delivery timing can vary because verification, preparation, provider availability, and technical work may be involved. The product does not promise instant delivery, a fixed turnaround, or lifetime access.

Personalized reports are generally non-refundable after generation, delivery, or access. Before delivery, or for duplicate payment, unresolved technical non-delivery, or a clear processing error, requests are reviewed case by case subject to applicable law. Do I need an account?

Not for the public Free Report. An account is required for Full Report requests and delivery, credits, verified support requests, Guidance balance, and saved Guidance history.

How can I request a Full Report?

How does Guidance question balance work?

Is payment or delivery instant?

How is report information handled?

Birth inputs, account details, chart data, request records, and generated content are handled to calculate, prepare, secure, and deliver the service. The Privacy Policy explains providers, safeguards, and retention goals.
